IP4000DCL6.DPK，IP4000CLIENTVCL6.DPK 需要安装(Install)。

11楼: 为什么不按我说的做？
“package c:＼program files＼borland＼delphi6＼projects＼bpl＼ip4000v6.bpl can＇＇t be installed because it is not a design time package”是说“因为包 c:＼program files＼borland＼delphi6＼projects＼bpl＼ip4000v6.bpl 不是设计时包，所以不能安装”。
Delphi 的组件包有两种：运行时包和设计时包。运行时包是不要安装的。
还有两个组件包：IP4000DCL6.DPK，IP4000CLIENTVCL6.DPK 是设计时包，安装后在控件工具栏上就能看到这些控件了。
